24K Magic AI Terms of Service
Conditions for using adult portraits, requesting fictional cruise deck videos, buying credits, accessing private downloads, and contacting support.
Last updated: 2026-11-04
These terms describe use of 24K Magic AI, including its public guides, account features, portrait preparation, credit purchases, generation requests, and private video delivery. By using the service, you agree to the terms applicable to that use. Review them before uploading a portrait or authorizing payment. If you act for another person or organization, you are responsible for having the authority and permissions needed for the actions you take.
What the service provides
24K Magic AI creates a fictional cruise deck dance from one adult portrait. The default delivers a silent, ten-second 720p MP4 in a 16:9 frame. Available settings are 480p or 720p and landscape 16:9 or portrait 9:16. Every clip is ten seconds. The credit quote varies with resolution. The reference clip demonstrates motion and camera timing, and the concept storyboard illustrates the intended setting. The page labels identify those materials. Personal outputs are synthesized from a particular request and can differ from the reference, artwork, and other generated clips.
Generated appearance can vary in facial resemblance, expression, clothing, body proportions, movement, and background details. Review the whole output before deciding whether it suits your purpose. Technical completion of a request means that a result was produced and delivered through the workflow. It does not establish that every detail matches a creative preference, that a depicted event actually happened, or that the video is suitable for every intended audience.
24K Magic AI is an independent tool and claims no endorsement by artists, studios, or rights holders associated with reference material. Exports are silent and do not include the original song.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate information needed to operate your account and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through the account. Use a sign-in method and email address you control. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access or an unexplained transaction. Take care on shared devices because browser storage can contain a prepared portrait draft and an active sign-in session.
Account features depend on their availability in the service. Some actions require authentication, sufficient credits, an accepted input, or successful content review. Service interruptions or changes to a provider can affect processing and access. The interface shows the current availability and selected settings where relevant. Check those details before a new purchase or generation instead of relying solely on a previous session’s displayed configuration.
Portrait permission and acceptable use
Upload your own adult portrait or an image of a private adult who has agreed to AI video generation for the intended purpose. Explain that the result will be a fictional performance and that the model may reconstruct details. The current workflow is intended for adults. Avoid images of minors and public figures. You must also have any necessary rights in the photograph itself, including permission from its owner where required.
Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, misleading endorsement, harassment, nonconsensual sexual material, or other unlawful or harmful activity. Do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights. Respect access controls, rate limits, and other safeguards. Attempts to access another account’s private media, interfere with processing, exploit payment handling, or bypass content review can lead to access restrictions and investigation of the relevant activity.
Credits, pack prices, and checkout
The current packs are Single at $7.99 for ten credits, Creator at $21.99 for thirty credits, and Studio at $39.99 for sixty credits. They are one-time purchases, and their current credits have no scheduled expiry. At the default ten-credit preset cost, the packs cover one, three, and six generation requests. The quote shown before submission determines the credits needed for the request you select.
Review the product, currency, and total on checkout before authorizing payment. Credits are added to the account associated with the purchase after payment is confirmed through the service. Return to the Casting Desk and confirm generation when ready. A pack purchase does not automatically select a new photo or start a request. If your balance seems incorrect, check account payment and credit records and contact support with the order reference.
Generation requests and failures
A submitted request may require input validation, content review, credit reservation, processing, and transfer of the result into private delivery. Queueing or saving can take time, and processing duration is variable. Follow an accepted task through its status panel or My videos. Starting another request can create a separate generation attempt with its own credit cost, so use the existing task when investigating an unresolved submission.
When a technical failure is confirmed, the reserved credits associated with that generation return to the account. Pending or uncertain tasks may need further checks before their outcome is established. A concern about the appearance of a completed clip should identify the task and the specific issue. For a payment refund question, contact support with the order reference. A return of generation credits and a reversal of a payment are separate actions.
Delivery, drafts, and your copies
The service can restore an account-scoped portrait draft in the same browser for twenty-four hours. Browser changes or clearing local storage can affect that convenience. Keep the original photograph independently. Completed videos are available through owner-authorized access for fourteen days after delivery. Download and check a local copy within that window if you want to retain the file beyond the service’s delivery period.
You are responsible for the destinations where you publish or send a downloaded video. Check that the depicted adult agrees to the intended audience and presentation. Explain the synthetic nature of the performance where viewers could otherwise mistake it for a real recording. The current export is silent. Any soundtrack, logo, caption, or other material you add later requires the rights and permissions appropriate to your intended use.
Ownership, privacy, and third-party services
You retain whatever rights you already hold in your input material. By submitting it, you authorize the processing needed to review the content, generate the requested clip, store and deliver it, and address related support or security issues. This permission must cover material you submit on someone else’s behalf. Access to generated media does not grant rights in another person’s identity, third-party music, brands, or other protected material.
The service relies on providers for functions such as moderation, video generation, storage, authentication, and payments. Their availability and processing can affect the workflow. The privacy policy explains handling of portraits, account records, browser drafts, private videos, and requests concerning personal information. Review those details alongside any provider notices presented during an action such as checkout.
Support and changes
Use account support or email support@24kmagicai.net for a task problem, billing question, permission concern, or account closure request. Include the relevant identifier and a concise explanation. We may restrict access for misuse or to protect the service and affected people. Applicable legal rights remain relevant to any support decision. Updates to these terms will be reflected in the date above. Check current pricing and photo requirements before your next request.
