24K Magic AI Privacy Policy

How 24K Magic AI handles account details, portrait drafts, generation requests, private videos, credit records, payments, and privacy requests.

Last updated: 2026-11-04

This policy explains how 24K Magic AI handles information when you browse the site, create an account, prepare a portrait, purchase credits, request a fictional video, or contact support. The service creates a cruise deck dance from one authorized adult portrait. Information is used to operate those features, maintain account records, deliver requested media, and respond to problems. Read this policy alongside the terms before submitting another person’s image.

Information you provide

Account information includes the name, email address, and sign-in details you provide or authorize through an available sign-in method. Profile settings let you review information associated with your account. Support tickets contain the messages and attachments you choose to send. Share only the information needed to explain the issue, and avoid including passwords, complete payment card details, or private information about unrelated people.

Portrait information includes the image you select and the permission confirmation you make before generation. A portrait may reveal a person’s face, clothing, surroundings, or other details. Choose an image containing only what is needed for your request. You are responsible for obtaining the depicted adult’s permission for this use. Publicly available images can still raise privacy and permission questions, so availability online should not be treated as permission to generate a video.

Browser drafts and local storage

The Casting Desk can save a photo draft associated with your account in the browser you use. The draft is available for restoration for twenty-four hours. This helps you return after signing in or purchasing credits. The original photograph should remain in a location you control because clearing browser storage, switching browser profiles, or using another device can affect whether the draft is available.

The Clear draft action removes the saved preparation data managed by that flow. Clearing a draft and asking for deletion of already submitted material involve different records. A completed generation may already have created task records, provider processing, or a stored video. When using a shared device, consider both the browser draft and your sign-in session before leaving the device accessible to someone else.

Generation and content review

When you submit a request, the service uses the portrait and prepared scene information for content review and video generation. Relevant material is sent to the service providers needed to process that request. The workflow currently uses external moderation and video generation services, with private media storage for delivery. A generation requires this processing even though the completed video is made available through an account-controlled library.

Task records can include the selected settings, status, timestamps, credit cost, processing references, error information, and delivery details. These records help the service follow accepted tasks, avoid duplicate handling, deliver results, and investigate failures. They can also support credit corrections when a technical failure is confirmed. Avoid placing unrelated sensitive information into a portrait or support attachment simply to identify a task.

Private videos and delivery windows

Finished videos are delivered through access checks for the account that owns the task. The standard download window is fourteen days after delivery. Download a local copy if you want to retain the result. Expiration of the delivery window describes access through the service. It should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every operational record, backup, or copy held by a processing provider is deleted at the same moment.

When you download or share a file, you control the destination you choose. A recipient or social platform may keep copies according to its own practices. Private delivery within this service cannot control what happens to a video after you publish it or forward it. Check the depicted adult’s expectations about the final audience before sharing, and use the receiving platform’s privacy settings appropriately.

Credits and payment information

Credit records show grants, consumption, returned credits, remaining balance, and associated transaction references. Order records support the purchase and fulfillment of credit packs. These records can remain relevant after a video’s delivery window ends because an account may still need payment history, a balance explanation, or support with a transaction. The current pack terms are described in the homepage credit section.

When you choose to pay through Stripe checkout, payment details are handled through the payment flow. The service keeps the information needed to connect the purchase with your account, such as the selected product, amount, currency, status, and transaction reference. Stripe explains its own handling of payment information in its privacy policy. Review the processor’s notices and the checkout page before authorizing a transaction. Stripe Privacy Policy.

Operational information and cookies

The site uses session information and browser storage to maintain sign-in and support the requested workflow. Operational information can include request timing, task progress, failures, and account activity needed to keep the service functioning. If optional analytics are enabled, their collection depends on the deployed configuration and any controls presented by the site. Browser settings can help you manage cookies and stored data.

Blocking essential storage or clearing it during a task may interrupt sign-in or draft restoration. Reopening an accepted task depends on the account and task record, so keep the relevant identifier if you are troubleshooting. Account security also depends on the device and email account you use. Sign out on shared devices and contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Service providers and retention

Information is shared with providers when needed for authentication, content review, generation, hosting, storage, payment processing, or a support function you request. Providers operate under their applicable service arrangements and policies. Processing locations and retention can vary by provider and deployment. The service does not offer a universal deletion deadline for every provider-held copy or operational record through the fourteen-day delivery setting.

We retain information for purposes connected to running the account, completing requested processing, handling disputes, maintaining security, and meeting applicable obligations. We may disclose relevant information when required by a lawful request or when needed to investigate misuse and protect affected people or the service. Such handling should relate to the issue being addressed and the information needed for that purpose.

Questions, corrections, and privacy requests

Use your account’s support section or email support@24kmagicai.net to ask about access, correction, export, account closure, or deletion of submitted information. Identify the account and relevant task or order, and explain the action you want. We may need to verify that you control the account or are authorized to act for the person concerned before releasing information or making changes. Available rights and any permitted exceptions depend on the applicable circumstances and law.

The date above identifies the latest version of this policy. Review updates when your intended use changes or when you return after a substantial period. Read the terms, photo guide, and credit pack details for related details, or open account support with a specific privacy question.

Product usage measurements

We use first-party, random tab identifiers to measure page visits, sample playback, photo preparation, generation requests and purchase steps. The visit identifier refreshes after 30 minutes of inactivity. These observations do not include photo contents, filenames, email addresses, prompts or full referring URLs. Signed-in activity can be linked to your account to verify orders and task results. Administrator and backend visits are excluded from the visitor funnel. Where the site presents an analytics choice, collection follows that choice.
